"Simply perfect! Every single staff member is friendly, accomodating and helpful. The hotel was very comfortable and quality of the service provided exceptional. Restaurant options are wonderful! I also highly recommend their breakfast - the buffet offers absolutely anything you'd need. The The gym is also very well equipped. The only point for the ladies is that I do not recommend the beauty salon in Beyman (attached to the hotel). The manicurist was rude, their nail polish collection does not seem to be of good quality and the hygiene was poor. "

"I had an amazing stay at the Sofitel Cairo Nile El Gezirah. Our room was a nice size and we had a view of the Nile River. The staff was so gracious and courteous and made sure our stay was pleasant. I think I loved the staff the most but I would want to mention it was in a great location with easy walks to dining as well. I loved my stay so much I can’t wait to go back and when I go back to Cairo I am definitely staying at the Sofitel. "

"This is luxury defined. The room was well decorated, stocked with amenities, and clean. The many many staff are courteous, eager to help, and willing to try to solve any problem you present. The food is five star and the Lebanese cuisine at Aura is the best I’ve ever had. For a Westerner, the prices are somewhat low for restaurants and even a bit lower than average for a night in a comparable hotel. A dollar goes a long way here."
