"Reception took 20 minutes to check us in and then told us the restaurant was closed. Woke me up by phone to demand we come down stairs to pay a tourist tax. The need a bit of a lesson in customer service."

"Room is clean and nice but outside of the room, the lobby and corridor area had a weird smell. Also, wifi was totally not working the whole time i was there. A big plus is right next to the hotel, there wqs a huge food court with a lot of local food options late into the night, BBQ chicken wings were superb, a must try!"

"It's no doubt about the cleaniless of the hotel , most probably the hotel is still new in Eco Botanic area. Hopefully the management will continue keep up the standard of its cleaniless. Although the hotel room is a bit small and the bed size is not a king size but there is beyond compare with the price and a five stars hotel. Overall it is worth for the price. There's no breakfast and meals being served in this hotels, so all the room guests have to eat out but do not worries as there are...

"Duplex room @ eco nest is fun and enjoyable. Room is clean with most daily necessity available for use. The stay has plenty of facilities to enjoy (require booking) such as pool side private pool lounge and rooftop bbq pit. Host is super responsive and helpful too in catering to our needs. Highly highly recommended. "
