"Very nice place to stay in Sopot. Close to main attractions, but the hotel itself is in a quiet area and 5 minutes walk from the beach. Walkable distance (15-20 minutes) to SKM (Szybka Kolej Miejska), which you can use to get to Gdansk for a 1-day trip (really nice option). The room and hotel facilities were ok. You have all what you need. Good breakfast included in price. Friendly staff. I do recommend this hotel for a short or long stay."

"Great Accomodation right on the Main Street. Wiirhin easy walking distance of most things. Breakfast is served in a restaurant next door from a set menu which was very nice. Only issue was that the pillows were very soft and flat but that’s personal preference. Overall a great place to stay. "

"Great location, nice room, but breakfast menu was limited. They claimed we should not have been able to book as we were a family and tried to charge us more once we had checked in. I refused and once they realised the children were well behaved they were very nice."

"Room DOES NOT have microwave, refrigerator or so called kitchenette as they advertised on website and we were told by the staff none of their rooms has these.We booked this property because of this so we were very disappointed about their dishonesty. Big noise started even before 6am in the morning and sometimes lasted later than 10pm from their tiny communal kitchenette which only has a very old kettle and a small fridge . "Don't stay here if you are on holidays. it is not nice and way to expensive for what it is. The shared bathroom is inadequte and in poor condition. The shared kitchen is full of strong smelling half full pots of food. I only stayed because it was the only place with vacancies. And now I see why it still had vacancies while everywhere else is full."

"Read everything mentioned about this property carefully as that is what you will get. There is no daily housekeeping or such. You basically get a room in a villa. The owner is nice and tries to be as helpful as possible."

"This apartment would get 5 stars all round if it weren't for the fact that it sits directly above a strip joint which blares music until 4, 5, or 6 every morning. Otherwise, it is perfectly centrally located, clean, beautiful, and well-equipped. Staff were extremely helpful (available 24/7 by phone, if not in person). Gdansk itself is fabulous. Friendly, affordable, loads to see and do, amazing infrastructure, fabulous food. Highly recommend."

"The apartments are a good size and well furnished and are just around the corner from the main hotel where you check in. They are situated in an excellent location with just a short walk to the numerous restaurants on the riverside and the main square. There was a bit of noise from building work going on in the vicinity which did annoy one of the couples we were travelling with but our apartment was fine. Hotel Hanza

"Arranged for many clients to stay here over the years, was a first time for me to reside here. Breakfast is plentiful oncluding cooked vegetables such as courgette and mushroom, for those who dont care for continental. Would prefer more interesting sweet options and flour free plus berries. Assortment of milks. Observed most groups of travelers (predominatly Brits and Irish, both prone to excessive drinking) take the hotels with inevitable noise as they loiter and debreif each evening. Aside from the guest occupant it is a fine place to reside with fridges and complimentary water. Would prefer if breakfast could be taken until 12pm but the eatinf area is mice and light. I wasnt made aware of the gym or where the foyer bathroom is. I think around 230-1630 to have 2 staff of check in for receiving new guests without rushing and addressing queries of current guests. I liked the check in and check out time it is more considerate than most hotels. Ladies on the desk are nice and staff in the kitchen polite."

"Location was close to the old town and plenty of restaurants nearby. Rooms were very clean and plenty of space in single rooms. Reception staff was always keen to help - even if you want to post a letter or collect an item from paczkomat they will be here to assist and inform how to do it. Spa area was great too - clean and not too full so you can enjoy it even in the evenings. Breakfast was not the best choice but there are plenty of great breakfast options locally. Hotel well connected by trams and airport was easy to get to by 2 trams as well. I recommend this place for a city break."
