"In my opinion, one of the best hotels in the Puerto Plata area. It is well maintained and cared for, kept clean, beautiful and well designed, lots of comfortable areas to hang out, the rooms have good sound proofing, love the balconies, rooms have enough space for clothes, hangers included. Lots of hot water for showers, rooms have a small fridge and a safe. Nice newer tv's with a variety of channels, a few English. The main pools area is spacious and beautiful, and there is a quieter pool in the adjacent building. The inclusive menu is varied with a good variety of meat, fish, veg, local fruits, a pasta and pizza station, and lots of tasty desserts. The beach area is nice, with a few snorkel spots with some beautiful fish. The property is right next to a professionally designed golf course, a plaza with some nice stores, and an interesting bar where one can watch hockey games in the evening. I love the staff at GV. They are all very, friendly and helpful. Muchas gracias!"
