"Residents on the 2nd and 3rd floors aren't respectful of the rooms below. There's A LOT of rambunctious bumping and walking lo the nighttfrontud walking. I always contact the nighttime front desk assistant (young guy with glasses who hates to be bothered) and he always disregards me, talks rude to me and will hang up on me. "
