"The laundry room was dirty. There were no instructions for using the stove, oven, water heater. No coffee maker and the kettle was corroded. The downstairs bathroom smelled awful. The beds were very uncomfortable. We tried to get an Uber but they refused to come to this address. The advertising of this house gave false expectations. The owners left a message that they needed to send an electrician to fix the dining area light. No one ever came so we had no light. "

"Overall beautiful apartment everything we needed and clean. But the mattresses and couches were very disappointing. Even our children 4y.o and 6 y.o did not sleep because the springs stuck through every mattress. Hubby and I had to sleep in seperate beds just to find a comfy spot. Please replace the mattresses. "

"Love this place! I was traveling with my aunt and uncle and the two bedroom apartment with a view of the water was wonderful. The apartments are in a really cute part of town and there are some fun restaurants within easy walking distance along with an ATM, a little grocery store, and a great bakery. Just note... the parking is VERY tight. If you have anything other than a compact, prepare for a very tight squeeze... especially if you are parked up against one of the support beams."

"Not a Hotels.com accommodation! This is an apartment and managed by multiple individuals which led to poor communication and a not so great stay. The contact number was unanswered the entire day of our stay despite multiple calls. The apartment owner did call us back 8 hours after our initial call. We arrived within 'check-in' hours to an empty facility prior to his call back and wandered around aimlessly until he called back in which we had to go to another location to pick up the keys. "Wonderful hotel in Galway city, a block from the square. Great view from our apartment, overlooking the river. Plus had parking, which we needed. Check in is a little weird - you need to go to another hotel a block away (no parking there on busy street) but it was fine - you just need to know beforehand but we were behind the 8 ball as I imagine they sent instructions but I missed them. 100% woyld recommend this place for short stay or even weeks."
