"The hotel is centrally located in Galway. Everything is within walking distance yet it is tucked away in a quiet corner of the city. The food and drinks at the hotel are delicious and the staff is accommodating. Something to note is that the heater in the room automatically turns off in the middle of the night, so the room got chilly during the wee hours of the night. I told the staff this and they kindly provided me a second comforter and portable heater for my room. I appreciated the extra service the staff went!"

"We appreciated the kind, supportive, and flexible staff when it came to our requests and meals. But most of all, they were kind enough to move our room off of the lower floor. We wanted to cancel our booking because the road noise was quite loud due to the festival, but we couldn't becaues of Expedia's bad refund policy. The manager really helped us out and got us better room, where we were able to enjoy the rest of our trip. Also, the parking was a dream compared to every other hotel we stayed at in Ireland."

"The Snug Townhouse is a fantastic place to stay. The location is perfect! The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and well appointed. Check in was very easy and the receptionist was helpful and offered local knowledge. The was easy and reasonably priced parking near by which we were recommended by the team at The Snug. "
