"our room was very spacious and clean. the downside is that there appears to be so much mold in hallway ceilings- water leak issues. this hotel appears to have been very luxurious at some point in time. nevertheless, it remains beautiful but it needs serious maintenance. staff was woderful!"

"I am driving solo from Mexico to Tulsa. This was my first stop. I stayed Christmas Eve and Christmas night. The staff was wonderful and the facility very clean and pretty. "Room smells of mould. Pipe under bathroom sink leaks. Drink service at pool is not good. Have to go inside to find someone after 30 minutes. Then another 20 minutes to receive the drinks. Never came back to ask if we would like more. Housekeeping staff very friendly and nice. Great location. Nice pool."

"We booked this hotel by chance. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of service at the hotel. For Mexico, this is an example of a good hotel where you want to return. For us, the presence of a coffee maker in the room was a bonus. We were given a room with a balcony overlooking the city and the cathedral. This left us with pleasant memories of this city."
