"The staff are efficient and manages the property well. We enjoyed their breakfast. I loved chatting with Isidro who served us breakfast. The neighborhood is safe but far from the most of main attractions including La Candelaria. During the weekdays at night, there are some noises from the nearby parking lot. During the weekend starting Friday, there are terrible music played outside till approximately 1 a.m. I hope the hotel put some efforts to curb these music from nearby vendors. "

"Safe close to many activities and all the staff ready to assist at all times. Suggest better ways to guide visitors around the property. Area is large and confusing at times to go from place to place, place visible exit signs to assist in case of an emergency!"
