"The house was very clean except for the carpets. There was a lot of room for our group. The rooms were large and adequately furnished. The kitchen utensils and cookware was a bit sparse. The rent was very reasonable, but I would rather pay a bit more and not have to “rent” towels or supply additional toilet paper or buy dish soap. "

"I have mixed feelings about this stay. It is hard not to compare it to other cottages I've stayed in while in Ireland at the same price point. Where there is a basic welcoming basket with bread, eggs, salt and pepper. There is nothing of the sort here. There were a lot of rules posted around that seemed a bit much compared to the condition of the cottage. The beds were not comfortable, but the bedding looked newer. "Wonderful hotel in Galway city, a block from the square. Great view from our apartment, overlooking the river. Plus had parking, which we needed. Check in is a little weird - you need to go to another hotel a block away (no parking there on busy street) but it was fine - you just need to know beforehand but we were behind the 8 ball as I imagine they sent instructions but I missed them. 100% woyld recommend this place for short stay or even weeks."
