"Good value for money. Rooms are new, but small - typical for Japan. Excellent breakfast buffet, nice conference room area for focused work, and the highlight is a nice sento (hot bath/sauna). However, very self-service, staff is not always around to help. "

During my stay there was a fire alarm activation in the morning, there were no staff outside the building communicating with those guests who actually evacuated the building, which would have been useful.
