I have grandkids and I understand they need to run off their energy. So running back and forth etc,... Then checking out they didn't have a suitcase carrier available. "My flight was unexpectedly canceled, and I found this hotel nearby as a last-minute option. Despite the hotel being a bit outdated, I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-maintained the rooms were. The staff was friendly, and the convenience of its location made the situation much less stressful. While the decor , walls, hardware etc could use some updates, the cleanliness and comfort made for a surprisingly good stay. You had me at clean bed and clean room!! Thank you. "

"I had a comfotable stay at Westin Hotel. The staff were accommodating and helpful. My room met my expectations for the most part. My room was soacious and clean. However, the pillows were too fluffy for my taste, there was a constant low buzzing in my room, and it took a while for the hot water to heat, but overall it is a nice hotel. I appreciated how insulated the walls were so it was very quiet. The holiday decor is lovely. The airport shuttle is much appreciated. "
