"The first thing we figured out when we got there was that we did not have the right electrical adapters. Management provided us with two and only asked that we turned them back in when we checked out. Who does that nowadays! The desk was helpful and friendly at every turn. The area was great as well. The is a market just doors down from the hotel and you can get almost anything you could need there."

"Stayed for one night when visting Bern. Great hotel. Super clean, helpful staff and the continental breakfast was terrific. It totally exceeded my expecations and I'd stay there again. Very close to the train station which is convenient. Highly recommend!"

"Very nice hotel in the heart of the old town, steps away from the rivers and a few mins from the famous castle. A lots of restaurants and supermarkets around the hotel and shooping streets are steps away. The hotel room is spacious and clean. The hotel provides free coffee and drinks all day. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended."
