"Great location. Friendly staff. No aircon, so not ideal during warm summers! We were also given an accessible family room, which was less than ideal. Toilet is very basic. No shower enclosure, just a flimsy curtain that separates the toilet seat from the shower area."

"Easy to find and within walking distance of the Bordeaux Saint John main railway station. Friendly reception staff and very well maintained room with everything required except for dishwashing liquid and tea towels. Very clean. A number of small shops for supplies nearby. Would happily stay there again "

"This was our second visit to this hotel. Previously we came in a summer ,but this visit was on the last day of Bordeaux Xmas market. The hotel is situated on the tram line which you can buy tickets at the machine or on the app. To get into centre takes about ten mins. Across from hotel is the river which you can walk into Bordeaux with lots of restaurants and shops. A lot shut in the winter, but definitely worth a nice walk. "We walked to the hotel from the train station. We went out the main doors of the train station. We could have made it much easier on ourselves if we went to the lower level and crossed under the tracks. Otherwise, the hotel was great. Not too expensive, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed."

"A great location, fun decor, friendly staff and comfortable beds and nicely designed rooms! This is a hotel that Americans might appreciate because of the services, amenities and larger room sizes. We live in Paris and went for a weekend trip with our little dog in tow, and it was a perfect spot! "
