"Upon arrival I was meet with locked door. Check-in was at card table in hallway. Was taken to room 205. 2nd floor no elevator. By the way no handicamp were present at front or rear of building. Room has one overhead light, no lamps. The TV was nonfunctional and no one from staff could make it work! Apparently, you are required to have your one subscription. We ask about parking-you are to park in street. We were also informed that rear entrance would be locked and not subject to room...
