"I did not know what to expect and was very impressed with the whole experience. Checking in was fast and very friendly despite the language difference. Everything from the lobby to the room was neat, orderly and very clean. I haven't stayed in a Best Western in Europe but definitely showed up the US locations. "

"GREAT AMAZING HOTEL. A bit pricey but for the comfort and location for spa it's GREAT! Breakfast buffet is the best one I have ever been to. They have everything you would want for breakfast. It also has the BEST times until 1100 weekdays and noon weekends. AMAZING. I highly recommend. The spa was NOT the best. To get drinks you either go to the restaurant or a small bar in spa area. "Very friendly staff. Nice location, convenient to the Christmas markets and stores. Less than a 15-minute walk to the train and bus stations. Room was nice. Couldn't figure out the Kafkaesque microwave. Room was too hot because it refuses to cool past a certain point in the winter, so we cracked open the windows."
