"Loved the hotel and the city. Staff were very good and helpful. We went on Christmas eve when everything was closed and staff helped finding open restaurants. Rooms were clean and breakfast was extensive. Room felt a bit pricey with charge for an extra person. Its convenient located very close walk to train station and walking distance to old town "

"Very friendly staff. Nice location, convenient to the Christmas markets and stores. Less than a 15-minute walk to the train and bus stations. Room was nice. Couldn't figure out the Kafkaesque microwave. Room was too hot because it refuses to cool past a certain point in the winter, so we cracked open the windows."

"Prefer to have a microwave in the room to be satisfied With making my own cup of tea (which I bring from home). What happened with wash cloths? First time Ive been in a hotel who don’t supply them. Is this a European thing? If so, funny because my Mom was from here and she introduced us to them! (Also sold as sets in Canada for decades.) "

"The rooms are spacious everything you need great supporting restaurant heart of the old town the only downside is Expedia book direct next time more control of your booking Expedia rips you blind for changes just like Jetstar but the facilities are brilliant "

"The stay was amazing the room was nice , the only thing I would say is that the stay over service should be given every day, and it did not have breakfast and coffee should be free in the lobby area, every hotel I have ever stayed at gives free coffee. You should consider giving free breakfast or have some available for customers if nothing else I’d pay for it. But of course free is better "

"Happy to have stayed in EcoSmart Premium. Check in on app is pretty straight forward. Location is convenient with easy access to cental station. Building and room are clean and smart. The only thing disappointment is one missing set of towels as we are three in a room but only two sets are available. Other than that, I'm happy with the stay."

"We had an excellent time staying at this property. Came with our family of four to visit the Christmas market. The place is conveniently close to the main station and Chriskindlemarkt. We walked everywhere. The apartment was small but quite nice and clean."
