"I was severely underwhelmed with my stay at Elegant Hotel. From the moment I got there and noticed the wifi did not work. To the subpar breakfast which should have been advertised as nothing more than a little bit of cheese and pastrami. The bathroom had a very disgusting odour and there was no fan. I told the front desk there was no fan and they said “there is” I asked where and he said he would turn it on. There was no fan. The smell as soon as we got there from the bathroom was horrendous...

"It was one of the best hotels i have ever stayed in, and i do travel alot. The service was amazing, the crew was polite and helpful, had an amazing swimming pool. And there was a receptionist (Yağmur) she was the sweetest and most helpful, no matter what it was. "
