"The hotel staff were wonderful very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were large with very comfortable beds and great views over Noida. The evening meal was great with really lovely service and food. The breakfast was pretty rubbish with very limited options. We tried to us the spa and pools which is one of the reasons we booked this particular hotel however the pools were freezing and the spa was still being finished. "

"It looks OK from the outside. However ... There is nothing in the lift to indicate which floor is Reception My room was damp and I had to insist that the damp bedding linen was changed before I could use the bed The bathroom is a "wet" room so it is impossible that the floor won't be wet after a shower. The extractor fan requires most of the day to dry the bathroom .... hence the damp towels and bedding."

"I was expecting room service but there isn't one. No top-up of bottled water. There was no TV remote control, but I was given one when I asked the cleaning crew who was making up the other rooms. The hotel was a 10-minute walk from the India Exhibition Centre. But do take note the nearest convenient store is a few kilometers away."

"Had a wonderful stay! Airport pick up was great and felt very safe. Arrived at hotel and staff were very welcoming. They did what they could to get me a room as early as possible to check in. The room was large and comfortable. Breakfast and hotel restaurants were excellent. Don’t have anything bad to say and will definitely stay again on my next trip! "
