Staff was fantastic on both check in and checkout!! Very accommodating. Only issue was only feather pillows availably - not good if you have an allergy — we went to nearby Walmart and picked up a couple hypoallergenic pillows, so we were good to go.

Well the lobby area where you would enjoy a complimentary breakfast smelled horrible of sewage, mold etc. Pass. Our room... window covering was broke, bathroom door didn't close, shower curtain has never been washed. Staff exceptionally nice.

The pool had very loud kids after 10PM. I cherish that quiet pool time. I did not use the pool because of it. Also there is a moldy smell in the hallways outside the pool. Front desk rep was real nice though.

Pool was closed which was the whole reason we booked this hotel so the baseball team and kids could swim after their games.

When we checked in - they were very nice but told me they didn't have any 2 queen suite rooms available even though that is what I booked and paid for. They put us in a 2 queen room and said that was all they had left and it was the same price. I am sure it was not - but settled for what they had left. Property was very clean and the beds were comfortable.

Too many things not working or broken. The pool was nice but the floor was dirty and the exit door was left slightly open. Not safe. We closed it. The staff was courteous and friendly. My son's bathroom door did not close and maintenance never showed up to fix it. Breakfast was good. Although they ran out of some things early. The lobby was nice and comfortable. One of the exit doors didn't open with key card. Our room was nice but the window was very drafty. Not our favorite hotel but not our least favorite either.
