"Stayed here during the winter so was a little less crowded then during the summer. But had a blast. Ate at the hotel restaurant which was fine, and did karaoke at the hotel bar which was phenomenal! Great location, plenty if stuff around to keep occupied. "

"We had an early flight out of Jacksonville. This property was nearby the airport. Clean and convenient. The room was a double queen with a separate seating area. I would recommend this Hyatt."

"Check in was easy. Lots of options on site. Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. We had a great stay and will visit again. "

"This was a very last minute booking I actually had a night booked at the Scottish Inn just down the road from this location. A mess up on someone’s part or a computer glitch of something for me to make a booking at this particular hotel, and now I’m it did. The gentleman that checked me in was more than helpful. He took me over and showed me my room before return back to his post at the front desk to help another customer who had come in while he was showing me my room. This clerk in just a few minutes made up for all the shenanigans of the night. I definitely will be returning. The outside is all nice. It’s a courtyard. Looks like that you did the whole thing here recently the rooms are very neat and clean. Well furnished nice bathroom nice water, pressure lighted vanity sink a nice stay overall, but the best thing about it was the guy at the front desk that checked in he deserves a raise"
