"We were greeted by Vid (If I got the name correct) and the another gentleman at the reception who were super courteous and helpful. We requested for a city view if possible and was accepted graciously. Check-in and parking was a breeze and the room and bathroom were clean and I was pleasantly surprised to find all the amenities in our room including iron board and slippers. We had initially planned to stay for a night with family but ended up extending our stay by another day due to being close to all shopping (DFO included) and dining options close by. The tram station was just across the block which made it super easy to visit the Mall and Restaurants on Burke street. Would highly recommend this Hotel to all visitors."
