"This cabin was amazing! The bed was comfy. Lots of room in the cabin with nice little touches. Especially loved the fairy box! Cabin is at the end of a dirt road and is very peaceful, and close to neighboring towns for groceries and dining, as well as the tail of the dragon. Host is very responsive and friendly. Would defining stay again!! "

"This was the first time we had been to the Bryson city side of the Smokies, and we throughly enjoyed both the area in general and our stay at Grinders Switch. The cabin was clean, well-stocked, and comfortable, the yard was wonderful with the fire pit and great night skies, and we enjoyed the porches! We spent time on the two main trails on the property as well as in Deep Creek in the national park and loved our time. Ask was convenient to get lunch at Rivers End and walk around at Nantahala...

"Extremely clean and well equipped cabin. The mile plus drive in was terrifying with blind hills, sheer drop offs and tight turns. We could not come back after dark because of the drive being so scary. We left a day early because the driveway was so nerve wracking. The cabin was great though. Just not for the faint of heart."

"You will love staying here! Exactly what I was looking for and needed! I wanted privacy and safety because I was traveling alone. The gravel road is easy to navigate (a little tricky at night though.) There are (2) other cabins close by but not too close. This area of cabins was gated so what a nice surprise! "I am obsessed with the property and the bus! My husband and I stayed for a night with our three toddlers while taking a night off from section hiking the AT. We all slept in the king bed in the back which was INSANELY comfortable. The hosts are a super sweet little family. Our laundry was done for a small fee very quickly.
