This place is great. We had free breakfast buffet every morning, there was a shuttle service that brings you down the hill and it can bring you back up. The only thing i would say to anyone thinking about staying here, is to keep in mind that it is up in a hill and it's a long walk up and down if you don't rent a car.

The staff is friendly (they go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable), the rooms are nice, the view from the hotel is spectacular, and the dining at the hotel is awesome. We only had a one night stay at Villa Agape, but wish we could have stayed longer. The gardens are beautiful. Such a peaceful haven out the crowds and hustle bustle in Florence, but with easy proximity to the major sites and museums. I would definitely stay there again on our next visit.
