"My boyfriend and I stayed here over the weekend for my birthday. Originally we booked a king room but when we checked in we were upgraded for free of charge to own of the suites. It was an amazing surprise and the Devereux Suite is a huge and beautiful suite. It felt like we were in our own apartment. Overall amazing staff and a great place to interact with staff and other visitors. The hotel has a lot of history and walking distance (~5 mins) to the Main Street. "

"First they were accommodating with us showing up a day late due to an accident in the canyon. The person at the front desk was super kind, very engaged in conversation. The room. Well thats where the good vibes ended. It smelled of cigarette smoke. This was supposed to be a non smoking room. The bedding was dated and felt dirty. There were cobwebs in every corner of the room. There was a used coffee pod in the maker and the pot was crusty. Dust on the top of the lamshade. It just felt grungy....

"The staff was friendly and helpful. The cabin was clean and warm. Great for a family. The area was great. The only negative was I needed to call a few times to get a hold of some one but they are only there during regular business hours. Overall, it was a great experience for my family."
