"The hotel was full of families that were there for a dance competition, so of course it was extremely busy in the lobby. I felt the front desk staff was not on top of things due to the full occupancy of the hotel. My example is that fact that no one informed us of the parking garage policy upon check in. "Wonderful stay! Staff were very friendly and helpful. We parked offsite but very nearby and affordable options. Location was amazing, we were able to walk to lots of eateries and shops, as well as the symphony. Room was more spacious than we anticipated and very clean. We particularly enjoyed the evening happy hour with generous and complimentary beverages. Would definitely stay again!"

"The room was nicely sized and fairly sound proof. There was a moderate amount of ambient noise that could be heard from either side of the room during the early hours of the morning and later at night, most likely as other guest got ready for the day or bed. The bathroom was fairly clean but there were some strands of really long hair left in the shower on the shower wall. It made me question the overall cleanliness of the bathroom because I don’t see how they could’ve been missed. "
