"I had a good stay at this hotel. The room was very quiet and the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good for me. The only thing I would change is having a coffee pot or at least some pour over equipment so you can make your own coffee. There is a gas stove to heat water, but no way to make coffee, although they provide coffee cups."

"The Hotel Laghetto Stilo Higienópolis is a beautiful, well maintained property. Before my trip to Porto Alegre, I researched property after property to make sure my expectations of safety, cleanliness, and comfort were met. On these three points this hotel excels. You want to try and avoid rush hour traffic when arriving if you are planning on driving yourself. Located only 2 blocks from the bus station, surrounding area near the bus station can be unsafe at night, but going the other direction will bring you to some shops and restaurants, and even a modern shopping mall with supermarket. This is supposed to be used for facial recognition to access the building and common areas such as the pool and gym. "The food at the in house restaurant was surprisingly good, a good assortment at the complimentary breakfast but it was the staff working there who were outstanding!!! The price of the accommodations does not reflect the value. We stayed for 12 nights and will gladly return on our next visit to Port Alegre."

Hotel confortável

"Hotel confortável, devido o quarto ser amplo e com piso laminado. Chuveiro bom e limpeza boa do quarto. Única coisa é o cheiro de mofo que tem nos corredores do Hotel, por ser ainda de carpete. Acho que deveriam trocar para não ficar com este cheiro. Recomendo o Hotel para quem está de passagem pela cidade, ótimo custo benefício."
