"It’s a good hotel for the price being paid; I have no complaints and would definitely return. However, one area for improvement could be the TV programming. There’s a lot of evangelical content that makes me feel like I’m in a church rather than a hotel. The TV lacks Netflix and YouTube, which are more engaging options. Perhaps this could be improved."

"They didn’t let us check in early after I explained to him I paid for 2 nights but leaving one day earlier due to my 7pm flight , so we left our bags at the front desk for a fee. When it was time to the check in at 2pm, the line was out the door and it took them forever to check people in. No other hotel during our trip had this long of a check in . Horrible. "A budget accommodation, but in spite of being quite basic, was clean, with a great complimentary breakfast. My room had strong wifi, ample electrical outlets, a ceiling fan and air conditioning. My only complaint was that the bed was very firm, too firm for my liking. Not the best neighborhood, so I didn’t venture out after dark, but the hotel is conveniently located near shops, restaurants, grocery stores and tourist attractions, with a bit of walking. I would stay at this hotel again in future, if I planned on returning to São Paulo. "
