"It was a great stay! Very convenient with buses to go from the airport and to the city center. The price is very good and the breakfast is complete with lots of choices. There is a train that runs behind the property so the noise is consistently loud during most of the day. "I booked a twin for myself and my daughter as she had a hospital appointment in Dublin. What i got was a double and when i asked to be moved they said they had no twins left. There was also no room service menu in the room so i had to go down. I also got an unscheduled wake up call at 7.15am asking if i was looking for a hair dryer. NO, no i was not. On the plus side, the bar staff were excellent."

"The hotel staff very helpful and friendly when checking inand through my stay, the rooms are clean and welcoming. There was a great deal in the restaurant for a two course meal, and a good choice on the menu. Food was very good, and the staff service was very good in the restaurant too. The location for me was perfect as 20 mins from Dublin airport and 15 mins to the site I was visiting. "We have stayed here before, and liked it. This time, we found the room on the cold side, especially with the snow. There was no thermostat to adjust the temperature. The towels and robes provided were on the hard side. Breakfast was excellent though. Parking was good too. "

"Check-in took a bit of confusion as they gave us a room where another guest was already there. It was embarassing. After that they gave us a different room. Second day the plug points alone stopped working but they rectified it in 15 min. Otherwise it is fine."

"There was no heat in the room I was staying in. I had to sleep with a long sleeve mid layer jacket on. The staff was very lovely, they (hopefully) did everything they could to help me. At least they gave me 2 extra blankets to survive the night. I was ready to leave the hotel at 10pm, Googleing other available hotels but alas as Dublin is, nothing was available. I left the hotel early for my next leg of the journey. The cleanliness was decent, perhaps the rooms should be cleaned more thoroughly...

"We needed a crib for our daughter to sleep in and it was set up before we arrived. The staff was super friendly , including the gentleman working the bar / food area who made us a delicious lunch when we waited in the lobby for the rain to finish. The room was very comfortable as well. "
