"The dates above are incorrect as I stayed 1/2-1/3, not 1/1-1/2. I was assigned a room on the third floor. The front desk attendant didn't give me any information about where to park, how to access my room, and the elevator. I had to ask for each piece of information. When I arrived at my room and opened the door with my belongings, I noticed the room had not been cleaned yet. There were towels on the floor, and the bed was not made. "Upon check in the front desk, staff was extremely helpful. The rooms were clean and quiet. I highly recommend this property. They also offer airport transportation 24 hours which was definitely a plus for me. I look forward to staying at this property again. The only con was I wanted to use my points for one night and was told I could not because the hotel only a lot a few rooms However being a member of IHG, I did expect to use points for a one night stay."
