"I would say your manager needs to take a look at your staff looking at the breakfast on the 9th floor they are all walking around from the show walking dead also none of the burners were on for the breakfast brunch at 10:00 am. Also the nite before one young lady was serving practically the whole bar area - the others were hiding behind a curtain in the ROJO lounge pretty sad when so many young ones want jobs. Hope your manager takes a walk around! I was not impressed first morning coffee served was ice cold! Your paying good money I would have fired the whole bunch on the spot!!! "

"Such a perfect location. We had a river view room, which we thoroughly enjoyed. My husband and son enjoyed the heated pool even though it was 60 degrees outside. We walked right on to the Riverwalk from our hotel, and the boat tours were literally right across the bridge. The Iron Cactus restaurant across the bridge is delicious. If we came to San Antonio again, we would stay at the Omni!"
