"Really nice property, modern. great location, facilities really nice. cleaning before hand can be better checked, found a pan that wasnt cleaned and had left over food from previous people, and wall next to aircon in the bedroom was falling off"

"It’s very disappointing that the hotel chooses to use hidden charges to trick its customers. Upon check out, and after having a prepaid booking, I was told I had to pay cleaning charges, which nearly doubled the cost of night. It’s an ugly and deliberate way to mislead customers."

Osoba, z biura TatryTop, z którą rozmawiałam telefonicznie była opryskliwa i stwierdziła wręcz, że powinnam wiedzieć, że pokój nr 3 jest dwuosobowy (nie wiem skąd) i sama sobie jestem winna. Ogólnie porażka, stres, nerwy i po prawie 8 godzinnej podróży z 2 dzieci zamiast odpoczynku szukanie na szybko noclegu."

"It takes only ten minutes to walk to the city center, or to the public bus station to go to different attractions. The transportation is convenient. There is a supermarket and different restaurants nearby, and is just next to the water park, making it ideal for family stays."

"Great food in restaurant and bar, good sauna/spa (extra charge), good swimming pool, good location for the ski slope. Bedrooms dated and beds uncomfortable. Bus to take you into town. But for the price paid, will not be coming back"
