"Room was fine. Only thing I had an issue with was the heating turning itself on. I didn't want the heating on due to it triggering my asthma. Found a way to turn it off though eventually so all was good! It would have been better if there was controllable air conditioning as I was a little concerned from a safety point of view sleeping with the window open as a lone female on the ground floor. "

"I do love this hotel but on this occasion we had a hour and half wait for our room to be ready, we did get a complimentary drink while we waited though and use of the spa during our stay but couldn't take advantage of this as we were only there one night. "
