"The stay was great, staff are excellent. The room was lovely and clean, slight down was the walls were marked but everything that could be cleaned was spotless. I marked down as on our last morning there was no hot water, this was due to their boiler breaking down so not a fault of the hotel, the reception apologised and said that we were welcome to use the showers in the spa! But unfortunately it was freezing outside and it's a bit of a walk to the spa so a cold wash had to do!! Will stay there...

"The hotel is literally in the center of town, and the facade and bar are charming. The churches and shopping nearby are lovely. The staff is friendly and very helpful. If you are there to see a football game, the stadium is an easy 20ish minute walk away, and you will be in good company walking with other fans. "We were made to feei special from the moment we arrived. The staff throughout the castle were amazing. Always there to help us. The rooms were so comfortable and everything was high standards. The food we had was lovely. The breakfast we had included continental and cooked food. All gorgeous. I really cant fault this gorgeous place. I hope to return"

"Overall the property is really good, staff is really friendly and helpful, the restaurant is really good and the breakfast was very good as well. Maybe they need to change a few things, like for example, our sink was broken, not sure for how long, but you'd like to think that a hotel like that will act quicker to those type of situations. Even with that, as for us it was a minor, we would like to stay again, the pool is really good and is so nice for walking."

"Rooms very spacious. Very nice array of teas and coffees. Was a bit dark in the room, and hard to work out how to get any lights on - have to go round and individually turn lamps on and there was no hall light near the door so hard to see how to control the heating - not a major issue but a bit odd for a nice hotel. "Stayed for 2 nights, the hotel is great, fun and quirky. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and a great size. The hotel is in a great location, right in the heart of action, parking is in the near by Pepper Street car park, the hotel gives you 50% off so not bad at all. Would definitely recommend "
