"The beach area is nice with plenty of loungers and gazebos. They have a bar and restaurant there which serves good seafood. The hotel rooms are a little tired, I would say 4 star not 5 as they have paper cups in the rooms not glasses or cups. The bed was comfortable and the fridge was stocked with juices and water. "Great value for money right downtown Livorno. Helpful and friendly staff. Reasonable breakfast included with helpful service. Lack of drawer space or shelves. No elevator so needed help with suitcases, which was freely given. Also there was a step up into the bathroom, so a trip hazard in the night. Overall we were very satisfied and chose to stay again on a return visit. Recommendation: try the Cafe Duomo for dinner, just a short block away."

"For a 3star hotel, it was quite expensive but I think it might be the area. Heard that many hotels in the area didn't have AC so lucky for us there was AC in the room. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly and even let us borrow a travel adapter. Rooms were clean but did wake up with a number of bites of my legs that weren't there before i went to bed.
