"i come here often and im generally pleased with everything this time i had 2 concerns one was that when i ordered room service breakfast i didnt want meat and would have like to substitute with extra bread but was refused also i had booked a larger suite and was told at reception that i was being upgraded to executive suite which ended up being smaller and congested didnt seem like an upgrade at all"
