"The staff and service excellent food very good. Room furniture rather shabby and in need of upgrade but, importantly AC worked perfectly, bathroom clean and shower worked fine, bed comfortable. I have one major fault, why was music on the Friday and Saturday nights continual until 3AM ? A number of guests mentioned it, but I didn't raise with the hotel. I would stay here again."

"My stay at Club Hotel Sera was like staying in a palace. I stayed there for 4 nights and it had a regal ambience right from the lobby to the guest rooms. I loved the decor and layout of the hotel.
