"We had a good stay, when ringing for support to find the entrance and how to enter was very supported and sent all necessary details, free parking close by and isn’t too far a drive away from everything. Very quiet no banging through the night etc. "

"All in all nice little cottage for a couple and good as was pet friendly to go up Durham to visit our son up uni and take our dog to see him too. Cottage was nice a little place although i think the tv was slightly too high on wall. As we arrived there were 3 plumbing vans parked outside so had to park out side another cottage for bout hour n half till they moved their vans after going in pub at front of cottages before parking own car then outside our own cottage. "We booked this as a large group and it didn't disappoint. The apartments were well laid out with ample space in the living room areas. There was great cleanliness throughout and areas stayed at a nice temperature. The accomodation was really quiet at night and the key system although awkward at first was easier than keys. "Our stay here was okay I mean we’ve been to worse places but as we arrived we were met with a hole in the floor between our 2 single beds. "Super friendly staff who were able to accommodate my late arrival. Clean and well-furnished room with fridge and bath and other conveniences. Directly across from the train station and within a few minutes walk from popular shopping, nightclubs, restaurants, and convenience stores. Nestled between the gay district and historic sights, 10-15 minute walk from Chinatown, Eldon Square, and St. James's Park."

"We stayed here on the busiest night of the year in Newcastle with the football parade. They let us check in early with our bags. The first room had a window seal issue and they immediately moved us when we complained about the noise. We got a room on the top floor. Perfect quiet and comfort. The room was well equipped. There was a nice restaurant with great food. Getting a taxi in the morning was very easy with their service. Very convenient to the train station. We would definitely stay here...
