"Really lovely staff made the big difference, very happy to help you, efficient booking in and booking out. Love the restaurant in the evening overlooking the London skyline, food was excellent. Breakfast was a bit meh, and would recommend going to somewhere more tasty nearby. The room was just what you need, small but not cramped, perfect for just sleeping, the only addition I would suggest would be a bottle of water as it’s so warm.. Cannot say enough about the staff they were really nice. "

"The Marlin is very handy for the Westminster attractions, the hop on hop off bus tours and Thames cruises. The Waterloo and Lambeth North tube stations are nearby as are great pubs and restaurants. The rooms aren’t big but the bed was comfortable. I don’t understand why I was charged £60 for an early checkin when the room was ready - we’d just finished a 25 hour trip and I had two sick daughters. We checked out at 6am Our next stay was in Belfast - no early check in charge there! "
