"Great location, lovely rooms, terrific pillows and showers. Few cobwebs in the room though and the aircon blew on to my face in the bed when on. Breakfast croissants were fresh and lovely. "

"Pre check in email was very useful about how to find the nearest car park, but missed the part about not being able to book the parking for more than 24 hours so you have to sit for your current session to expire before paying again. Check out time was incorrect stating 1100 when booking email stated by noon. I reply to confirm but didn’t hear back from property. Messaged and called to try and arrange a late check out but no answer or reply via the message facility on here. Panel missing from...

Newcastle Leonardos

"The hotel was fine. The room had no view just a wall. I only got a voucher for 20% of food once in my stay. No room upgrades or other benefits of beiing a gold card member. The Leodardos in Glasgow gave free btreakfast voucher but one in Newcastle offered much less"

"Staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. Rooms very clean and spacious. Beds comfortable and bigger than expected. Bathroom could do with updating but was still clean. Close to motorway but also close to city centre, park and ride 2 mins walk away from hotel. All in all a lovely few nights away. "
