"Very nice and efficient receptionist! Hotel very clean and attractive, and great location close to shopping and restaurants ! - And the first place we ever saw palm trees surrounded by snow - wow! The very nice receptionist told us they got 8" of snow two days earlier- first time ever!"

"One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was for the indoor pool. After travelling for 2 days we were really looking forward to using the pool our first night and the next day after breakfast. We went into the pool knee deep. It was so very cold we were numb and unable to use the pool at all. We paid more for this hotel than we would have without a pool! We were very disappointed!"
