"A real gem. On arrival the owner made us very welcome and throughout our stay he was extremely helpful. A nice, quiet, well appointed room and an excellent breakfast.The location is ideal for exploring the area. You can walk to Intra-Muros (The old town) or there is a bus stop nearby. There are also a couple of bikes you can hire from the hotel, which we did. Plenty restaurants nearby to choose from. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it. Gîtes et maison d’hôtes Domaine de la Garaye

"What a beautiful place to stay, the property is set in a lovely idyllic setting surrounded by countryside. The rooms were lovely and comfortable and the staff were absolutely excellent and super friendly. The breakfast was lovely too. This is by far the nicest place we have stayed at on our motorbike trip around France. If you book here you will not be disappointed. 5 Stars."
