"This cozy room was the perfect location and an incredible price for being right in the heart of Manhattan, steps from Penn Station and a variety of subway options. Lots of local cuisine all around, safe and secure as well as clean. A little noisy but in Manhattan that is a given and nothing do about it. "

"Fantastic well appointed apartments and updated amenities with full kitchen, good quality beds, nice gym, small but convenient business center and super friendly staff (every single front desk employee both daytime and evening are welcoming and helpful). Only one negative is laundry room, although very convenient, machines and overall laundry could use an upgrade. In general the hotel is quiet despite the busy rooftop restaurant. "

"Overall an amazing experience! The location was 8 minutes from my job and very quiet. Only noise you will hear is from the highway (not a bug deal). I would love for the property to have onsite persons to speak with. The property is beautiful, but the 1:1 would make this an even better experience. I am not a fan of the email from Global asking for a picture of my credit card. Especially in a world filled with scammers-this would turn anyone away. "The room was well kept and the toiletries were complete. The shower space is a little too small though but there was a lot of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel available. The dispenser pump of the shampoo was defective though. The staff were accommodating and quickly responded to requests for assistance such as cleaning arrangements. The online check-in and check-out experience was seamless and convenient. Generally, our experience was quite good. "

"Very clean, modern accommodations. Perfect for families; we have 2 teens and the 3 room apartment was perfect for us. Subway entrances were within a block in any direction from the hotel so you could be anywhere in manhattan within a few minutes. Plenty of dining options on the block along with a CVS and other convenience stores. Staff was freindly and helpful."

"first time in NY was here for a concert and this stay was great! staff was friendly and helpful and the property is quiet. housekeeping also did a great job keeping up with the room. the area is walkable too. thank you!!!"

"Very clean, quiet room. Perfect for 4 nights while we were in town for the United Airlines half marathon. Easy access to trains and quick trip into Manhattan. Coffee machine and water on ground floor. Using the mobile app to access the room is very quick and convenient. "

"We enjoyed our stay at this property, especially being so close to the subway and nearby bodegas. One thing, one of the mattresses was rock solid — the owners should invest in at least a mattress topper. The water in the shower gets extremely nice and hot, and the other tenants were very friendly. Another weird thing, “an exterminator” came in the morning during one of the days we stayed around 9am, and tried to barge in and “exterminate”. That was uncomfortable, and he had a key. "What a gem! I was nervous about the virtual front desk but it worked out wonderfully. They allowed me to check in early which was a blessing on a cold January day! The room was compact but well put together. Great to have a fridge, tea, microwave and sound machine. I was able to make the room nice and warm during the day and cool at night to sleep. Also - the sheets smelled wonderful. My only suggestion is to allow the shower water to get hotter. Five stars!!"
