Service in our opinion was not on par with other 5 star hotels we stayed at on the island - no offer to help with bags at check in, slow service at the bar and restaurant, and no poolside service. We were given a pool facing upgrade which we were very appreciative of - however it was an adjoining room - there is an inch of space between the bottom of the door and the floor and you can hear everything from the neighbouring room. Limited menu options available for food allergies....

"The hotel was very nice looking. Food was better than expected. Staff was very kind. My few issues; the bed was horrible. Two twin mattresses shoved together. No place to have a cigarette. "The resort was lovely. There was unfortunately one front desk staff member who was rude all week to us and I feel she may be better suited for a position that does not interact with customers. The remainder of the front staff were very friendly and welcoming all week. I wish there would have been more of a variety of food options.
