Every member of staff had a genuine smile an seemed pleased to work there. We were half board and more than happy with the main buffet restaurant. "When we arrived we were really impressed with Lobby and pool area - it’s a beautiful hotel. Check in had quite a big Q - not sure why they haven’t introduced on line check in as that would have made the process quicker. Rooms are a little dated but very clean with plenty of storage. No water in the room and we didn’t see any water filling stations - which is disappointing for what we paid. There’s loads of sun loungers and a lovely heated pool - we had to pay a deposit of 40 euro for pool...
