"The room was very comfortable and the bathroom lovely too. Aircon and fan worked well. They have a generator - imprtant as power was on only 3-6 hous a day when we were there. The property is relaxed, with a lovely pool, and considering location, is busy with a lot of guests. The area is quite poor, although not dangerous, and the port, although worth a look at the fishing boats, is defintely not an area to go out in for the evening. "It's our best experience in Cuba. Anita is an incredibly hospitable woman. It's like I've come to visit my favorite aunt. She made us feel very welcome, gave us detailed information on where to go and helped us save money for the drive to the beach. Anita recommended her favorite San Jose restaurant to us. Be sure to take the recommendation - it was the most delicious food in Cuba."

Great stay in Trinidad

"We loved our stay! Pupito and Carmen are the sweetest people! They always do everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible! They don’t speak English though, so make sure to download Spanish on Google translate. The electricity comes and goes, but they have generator (but it doesn’t power the AC). The breakfast was great, we were able to do our laundry too! The only note is that the single bed in our room was rather uncomfortable, but the double one was great! "

"The hosts are amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Organisng transport & tours, taking care of luandry, recommending places to visit. Breakfast is fantastic and then there is the increadibly moorish sourdough bread... "

"We enjoyed our stay, our hosts were friendly and welcoming. They served a delicious welcome drink when we got settled into our room. Breakfast is extra but a great variety and delicious food. Great location. We would definitely recommend the hostal. Thanks so much for your lovely hospitality."

"The people taking care of the property are lovely and helpful! The place is clean and neat and it has a generator for when there are power cuts. It’s within walking distance from all attractions in the city. The breakfast was nice. I’d stay again if I’m ever in Trinidad."

"Nos hôtes Ana et son fils ont rendu notre séjour agréable et convivial. Ils nous ont prodigué de bons conseils et nous ont permis de faire des choix judicieux. La maison est spacieuse et confortable avec une terrasse qui domine l'environnement. Le petit déjeuner est bon et copieux. Le personnel de maison est à mentionner pour ses excellentes prestations. Je recommande vivement Casa Ana si vous recherchez un îlot tranquille et cosy."
