"Check in was very nice, warm nice reception people. there is not enough parking and got a ticket while I double parked to check in! "The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel is very nice but needs some repairs in public areas. There was a restroom by the main desk which had a broken faucet. They also need to provide more public restrooms for guests because there were none by the pool and only the one by the main desk. It’s not reasonable to think everyone should walk back to their room to use the bathroom if they are relaxing in the main area. "

"Loved being on the Dead sea beach. Separate woman/men hours for spa pools were an asset.Loved the All inclusive meals and drinks. Fluffy white towels and bathrobes were provided.
