"Size of the room was great. Wish there had been beach chairs for all rather than finding out we had go somewhere to rent. The trolley was convenient for additional restaurants. If you don't have a vehicle, grocery and liquor is limited. "

The swimming pool was great and heated and the beach access was within a few steps. The location was quaint but easily accessible and lots of dining options near by. Would stay here again. "

"Aside from getting access and the lag in communication, the place was great! It was exactly what were looking for. We traveled as a family and the separate rooms split down the middle w two bathrooms was perfect. There was a balcony but we didn't get a chance to use that. Pool was nice. It had a ledge for our 2 yr old so he was comfortable. Aside area was great. Food/drinks/ice cream/coffee nearby. The clubroom was closed for the holidays but I think the workout room was avail. "It was a very good location, right across the street from the beach. Pool was nice too. Ladies in the office were very accommodating. The bed was not very comfortable. Also, we pulled out the couch bed. We did not use it. Looked very uncomfortable."

"Location was great for our needs, dining, beach access & commuting. The unit itself (301) was ok but not the cleanest. The bathrooms were bad, not much effort was put into cleaning them. The water was hard & left a film on the eating utensils, also not great for showering. There was a broom, but no dust pan, mop but no bucket & not one piece of beach equipment (chairs,cooler,umbrella or even kids bucket/shovel). We like the unit location of unit as it was on the end.
