"We were on a college tour with our son and checked in after 8pm. The hotel was very clean. The employees were very friendly. Our room was a little warm and we could not turn on the air or adjust the air quality at all. I know this is a preference thing, but I have a bad back and the beds were waaay too soft. "I went here for a weekend alone to get some rest & relaxation. The room I had was huge & unique- not like your normal hotel rooms. I had an issue w/ my first room, as the temp. in the room was a HOT 87degrees,& the air control in the room didnt work. The lady at the front desk did a great job & was able to assist me to new room right away, was perfect. "The property was OK, dated furniture and amenities but the staff was absolutely wonderful and helpful. Bobby, Veronica and Frank couldn’t have been nicer and did everything in their power to rectify the problems we had. Property definitely needs to be updated, but the employees were great"
