"This was a lovely hotel in a great area! ALL of the staff were so friendly and helpful. We were able to walk to the castle very easily and we were able to have a wonderful dinner on site after a long day of exploring. "

"Although we only stayed for one night we were very impressed. We were made to feel very welcome on arrival and given lots of information about not only the hotel but services we may be interested in round about. The hotel room was beautiful and very clean. We were at a concert at the usher hall just across the road so very handy for us. Breakfast was amazing! Such a great choice. We will definitely be back and hope to try the spa next time too. Thanks for a wonderful stay."

"Wonderful hotel in a central location. Made our stay amazing and enjoyed the use of the pool facilities as well. Room was clean and a good size."

"It would have been good to have a kettle and tea/coffee making facilities in the room. There was painting works going on during our visit but, this didn't really cause too much inconvenience. Just difficult to juggle 2 coffees in the lift."

"Super location, got off the tram from the airport outside the hotel. Central to everything Edinburgh. Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Breakfast was busy but we were warned by hotel of when the busiest time was if we wanted to avoid it, but the food was good and plentiful with a wide choice. I would definitely stay here again."
