"This is a prime location directly few steps from the high street it's a shopping heaven place. You are also close from the train station and the metro as well. The location need to have a bit of TLC into it to be a 5 stars place. You have the strict basic minimum there only. Don't think you will cook a huge meal there you will not be able but for some pasta you will do but don't forget your own salt because you don't have pepper neither salt provide! If you want wine bring your own bottle...

"This is not suitable property for a normal traveler. The property is poorly converted house. The owner had let someone stay in one of the rooms in the rented apartment that I had booked while I was there. I did feel safe to go out or even use the shower as there was someone else there who I did not know. It was like a bad flophouse."

"The apartment was a big disappointment, which in no way lived up to our expectations. The bed and sofa bed were disgusting and stained. The oven did not work and there was not all the furniture shown in the picture. Hotels.com was unable to get in touch with the landlord, so we were forced to cut short our trip after just one night. "The metro station is in front of the hotel. With metro 9 and 15 you arrive in 5 minutes the Groenplaats. The big market with all kind of bars and restaurants and shoppingmalls and shopping streets. The accommodation is very clean and the co workers are very kindly. "

Receptionist on duty from 2 -3pm on 29 July 2024

"With medium to high expectation prior checking in Hilton chain hotel - Hampton, well, it is absurdly disappointing to be greeted by reception around 2-3pm (was unable to retrieve the said receptionist name due to the fact that he was rude and lazy to talk to us). As a hotel guests to be greeted and represented by rude reception fronting customer and representing Hampton by Hilton is pathetic - leaves much to be desired and we won’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Pls revisit your customer training program for hotel staff please. Definitely not coming back. Pay money and not getting equivalent respect."
